Product description
Our earth is populated by countless species. According to the WWF (World Wide Fund for Nature), there are around two million animal and plant species that have been described so far. We have included only a few of these species in the Natures Diversity series at Könitz. The artist Maria Mähler has lovingly and meticulously illustrated the beauty of the species for us. All illustrations are also labelled to help you get to know the diversity of nature even better. There are over 90 known whale species. They are among the largest mammals that live in the water. Some of the elegant specimens now adorn our Könitz mugs. The illustrations were placed on bone china porcelain. On a new family of shapes from Könitz. Each species on an individually suitable shape.
